SUBCONSCIOUS IMPRINTING TECHNIQUE
Subconscious Imprinting Technique (S.I.T) is the discovery and reprogramming of limiting beliefs, patterns & behaviours that are negatively affecting your life and wellbeing.
S.I.T is for you if: you’ve had chronic physical symptoms that won’t go away, despite your best efforts; you’ve had moments where your behaviour just can’t change, even though you’ve tried; you’re locked into patterns of overwhelm, overthinking, anxiety, depression etc.
I will access root events, experiences, emotions, environments & memories within your body through muscle testing. Once discovered, I will use specific release statements, taught by The Empowered Healers Academy, to change the way your body receives information, giving you more choice in how you respond to it in the future.
You can think of it as taking out the trash (old limiting beliefs),cleaning out the garbage can & gaining the new outlook that you’ve asked for.
I WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE 4 STEPS OF A S.I.T. SESSION:
1. REASON & REFRAME
To gain an understanding for the reason of the session and what your desired outcome is.
2. REVEAL THE ROOT CAUSE
To reveal detailed information regarding the root-cause of the (physical, emotional or spiritual) issue at hand – the source.
The root-cause is often a hidden belief or decision you made due to a specific life event, experience, trauma or influence.
3. REPROGRAM & RELEASE THE PATTERNS
To clear the emotional charge associated with the issue that resides within the subconscious mind. Once the root-cause has been revealed, I will guide you through a specific process that will uncover emotional charges and patterns that are causing imbalance within the body. I will Reprogram the subconscious mind with new patterns.
To create new pathways in the subconscious mind that align with your desired outcome. You’re like a computer that’s been Restored to the original settings. Think of it like erasing your computer of viruses, and installing new apps that are more advanced and aligned with who you want to become.

SCIENCE BEHIND SIT
When you're in a heightened state of emotion, your body perceives that as a stressor - just as if there was a bear standing right in front of you - and goes into fight or flight.
When your body is in fight or flight, it sets off the HPA (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal network) axis. This causes the body to release high amounts of cortisol and adrenaline.
When this happens, it creates such a disturbance in your body, that you actually can't relax until that emotional state is turned off.
When this stress continues long term, it will cause you to have:
lowered immune system function (meaning you'll get sick more often)
poor digestion (bloating, gut pains and bowel problems)
changes in appetite (always hungry or never hungry)
issues with fertility (menstrual irregularities, erectile dysfunction)
constant muscle tension (which can lead to headaches, migraines, back pain, jaw pain)
difficulty sleeping (can't fall asleep, always wake up in the middle of the night)

How does S.I.T help turn this off?
