At times,⁣

I’ve judged you⁣

Far too harshly⁣

As vain, superficial, lame, high maintenance,⁣

For 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞 people,⁣

Who dare not leave their houses without you.⁣

I could never understand why,⁣

anyone would want to dedicate an hour or more of their time,⁣

Putting you on⁣

Caking you on,⁣

Baking you on,⁣

And yet,⁣

Here I am,⁣

Doing the very same thing,⁣

I vowed to always abhor,⁣

never to enjoy,⁣

Never to savour,⁣

Doing the exact same thing!⁣

I can always count on,⁣

To be there for me,⁣

To lift me up,⁣

To cheer me up,⁣

To brighten my day?⁣
